Exchange and Returns (Money Back Guarantee)

We are authorized agency of all brands and can guarantee all products from factories have successfully passed QC inspection.

Once the order has been received, please at first check the package and all items carefully to make sure whether they can work well.

If there is something wrong, we always would like to handle it with a professional manner to make our customers astisfied with their purchase from us. If the packages have not been shipped yet, you may send a request to our customer service team by email at support@vapormo.com to get a full refund.

If the packages are already shipped out by the forwarders, the shipping cost can not be refunded, and mostly, we are not able to stop the shipment. In this case, please refer to the Return Policy.

Return Policy
According to the new vaping law in China, we are NOT allowed to import e-cig. So we don't support returns or exchanges for the orders that have been shipped from China in any case.

If you receive defective items, wrong items, or even don't receive items, please contact our CS team at support@vapormo.com. We will reply to you ASAP and provide you with a proper solution.

For most international shipping methods, the package can NOT be returned to us if you refuse the parcels. In this case, if customers refuse the parcels for personal reasons, Sourcemore might not be able to issue a refund. The customers will need to accept the parcels first, and then contact our CS team at support@vapormo.com.

Here's what to do:
1. Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
2. Items received should be unused, undamaged and in the original package.
3. Create a request by visiting this link: contact us
4. If a product is DOA or shipped incorrectly, Vapormo covers all shipping charges. For all the other cases of returns, a staff will charge you the actual shipping costs incurred.
5. Proceed and send the items to the address offered by our customer service team. Note that the returning package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you received.
6. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as returning packages arrived. Meanwhile, money will be refund in 24 business hours.

Restrictions:
·If products are altered or modified, warranty and money back satisfaction become void.
·When returning, we recommend using a shipping method which can be tracked. Vapormo cannot be held responsible for items lost on the way back.

Definition of delivery date: for EMS/DHL and some registered airmail packages, the delivery date is displayed on the courier's tracking site. For orders that do not have online delivery dates provided by the courier, the delivery date is assumed to be 21 calendar days after shipment. Our email is support@vapormo.com.

3 months quality guarantee:

Please examine all products upon delivery to make sure all items are in working condition. Once if you received defective units, broken units, wrong units or didn't receive anything at all, pls do as following instructions to get replacements or refund. Usually after-sale takes 5-7 workdays and sometimes longer, but we will solve it ASAP.

Pls provide video can clearly show the product problem, for example, if a mod doesn't work, you must show batteries work well, you install the batteries in right way in the mod, and you press 5 times very quickly to turn it on, but it didn't turn on, that's a valid video to show problem.
(2) about broken goods and wrong goods 
We will well package every product and check. But it can't 100% be unavoidable about broken product or wrong product. Pls contact with us in 24 hours once you received broken or wrong units. Pls provide following infomation to support@vapormo.com to solve the case.

No returns or replacement

We provide 3 months quality guarantee, the first day is counted from delivery time. If it's over 3 months, no replacement, no return or refund.
