Recently, we have received a lot of feedback from customers about the delayed update of logistics. First of all we apologize for this. Secondly, we need to explain to you several reasons for the delay:
First, because of the impact of China's new e-cigarette policy since October, packages sent overseas need to be declared at domestic customs before they can be transferred and arranged for flights (previously, there is no need to declare customs for shipments, direct transfer, and flight arrangements).
Second, at present, we have collected the goods and delivered them to the forwarder, but the forwarder will also collect the goods of other traders in the market and send them together, so that there is enough volume to fly a flight. At present, e-cigarette traders have started to enter the bonded warehouses one after another and have also declared customs. There are not as many items that need to be declared at the beginning. Therefore, in the transition stage, it will take some time for the freight forwarder to collect orders and then fly. This is what we see, It stayed still.
Third, regarding the feedback from some customers, why the delivery of other Chinese goods will not be affected, and there will be transshipment information soon, the reasons are:
A, Some small and medium-sized traders may be consuming old stocks at present, These old stocks are not affected by the new policy, no customs declaration is no problem, so they go faster at present.
B, the old inventory is exhausted, All traders will receive the goods at the price plus GST (it is not excluded that some daring, take the gray channel to take it Goods, this is not within our consideration, As long as traders buy directly from manufacturers, there will be consumption tax. The manufacturers of mainstream electronic cigarette brands operate strictly in accordance with the policy.).
Solution: The freight forwarder is also preparing to set up a location next to the bonded warehouse to operate and deliver goods, and the operation will be faster at that time.
